Dear Community,
As some of you have already noticed, there is currently an issue with the Premium Shop that prevents players from retrieving items after the duration has expired. We are already working with Webzen on a fix (will most likely take 1-2 weeks). In the meantime, if you don't want to wait, you will be able purchase 1d Premium Shop in the Item Shop for 10 DM up to 5 times per account (pay user only).
