For this reason, Soul Parchment and Soul Parchment (100%) will be removed from the Item Shop for the time being.
Please contact support for a refund if you recently bought one of these items and were unable to upgrade a soul.
We are working on a solution and will inform you as soon as the issue has been resolved.
