From October 8 to October 14, no jackpot prizes had been available in the wheel due to a configuration issue. Even if you were lucky enough to land on a Jackpot field, you only received a filler reward. This problem was fixed on October 14 and the jackpot prizes have been available since.
In order to compensate anyone who used the wheel, random boxes containing jackpot prizes were created and delivered to Item Shop depots. The amount of boxes affected players receive is (1 + number of spins) / 16. (since there is a 1/16 chance of ending up on a jackpot field).
