Starting tomorrow (September 8, 2020), Steam users will have nearly complete Item Shop access again.
Remaining restrictions on Steam:
- Class packages require level 30 bio quest and are limited to one per week
- Inventory Expansion only non-tradable
- No DC vouchers
- Most special/daily offers will not be available unless it is a discount on a standard Item Shop item
